In my practice, I've seen many examples where parents make typical mistakes when designing a child's room, overlooking important things.
And as a result, they find themselves in a situation where the child plays everywhere but their own room.
Children might cry for no reason, bring their toys into the kitchen while mom is cooking, or follow you around the apartment like a shadow.

Usually, when it comes to designing a child's room, parents immediately think about zoning or choosing a color scheme.
I have identified 5 main rules that are important to follow when creating the ideal nursery for your child:
1. The first and most important rule for starting to create a child's room is to gather knowledge about your child's psychotype and characteristic features.
* This will help avoid mistakes in choosing the color scheme and the correct layout solution for the room.
2. A well-lit room should be chosen for the nursery, so that the sun enters this room as often as possible! After all, everything that grows needs a lot of sun!
3. The view from the nursery window should be decent; it could be a yard with beautiful trees, a street with cars that are interesting to watch, a kindergarten, or a playground (modern double-glazed windows will perfectly block out all city noise), but not a dump or a liquor store.
4. If possible, active children should be given larger rooms for their nursery, especially if the children do not attend kindergarten and spend all their time at home.
5. Zoning a preschooler's room is an outdated rule! It hinders more than it helps, and has no effect on the daily routine at all.
